Cai Qing is a performance artist and educator who has participated and organised performance art events both in China and abroad. He compiled documentary material of performance art activities between 1996 and 2013 including journal entries, transcripts, interviews, and photographs which are featured in this publication. Sections include 'Performance Art Festivals', 'Art Projects', 'Curating and Teaching', and 'Performance Artists and Curators'.
