In his article, art critic Oscar Ho argues that to a large extend the high land price of Hong Kong shapes the art forms, and in the 1990s, Hong Kong artists are adopting an "art guerilla" strategy in dealing with the space problem. Artists Rex Chan, Phoebe Man and Leung Mee-ping are discussed in the article.
