Catalogue of exhibition by Hong Kong artist Lau Chi Chung in 2007. The exhibition consists of two parts, part 1 is a one-day exhibition that focuses on 'abandoned objects'. It also involves public participation in an abandoned residence on a hill in Cheung Chau Island. Part 2 consists of works produced with collected 'abandoned pieces' from the ruins in Hong Kong, as well as works created by the participants from the one-day event. These works are exhibited at Kapok, a shop and gallery that used to be an abandoned garage. Part 2 also aims to present a different form of expression, trying to explore the possibilities of the exhibition format and how the public relates to it, especially in such a rapidly changing society.
