Japanese artist Toshikatsu Endo was involved in this art project where he created site-specific installations of water bubbling up from the ground, and walkers could watch how the flowing water gradually transforms into a steadily-growing transparent mass. Other foreign participating artists include Dutch artist Wapke Feenstra and African artist Meschac Gaba.
